Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size & weight of the parcel. You will be responsible for checking fragile items upon arrival of delivery. If items are damaged please notify us within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchange
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are welcome to return or exchange a stock item in its original condition at a handling fee of 10% of the order total, within 10 days of purchase. You will be liable to pay the shipping cost when returning an item(s). We will assist in arranging a courier for you. Once the goods have been received, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue your refund.
We do not accept any returns on custom orders unless the item(s) has been damaged and/or is faulty on our behalf. Unfortunately no refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Wood is a natural material, and furniture made of wood will always be unique. We try our best to match and represent our products as accurately as possible. However,
inconsistencies in the natural features of the wood grains, knots and colour may occur.
All our items are carefully & specially crafted for our customers. Furniture items are all made to order and require a standard lead time of 4 - 6 weeks from the date of payment. ONLY if smaller items are in stock will they be shipped within a week.
