Where are you based?

Deft. Studios workshop is based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa. All our pieces are sold on our website - don't worry, we ship anywhere. International & nationwide. Some of our furniture pieces are on display at the Always Welcome Store in Kramerville, Johannesburg and Cape Town CBD.

Can I customise an order?

Definitely. Our pieces are adaptable, and we can build with custom sizing to suit your needs. In addition to customising our designs, we also take on custom projects. Please contact us by email with drawings, sketches, and photos to begin this process. We'd love to hear from you.

How long do orders take to complete?

Lead times vary based on the pieces and shop workload. Each piece has a specific lead time based on the complexity of fabrication. All our items are specially crafted by a small team. Larger furniture items are made to order and require a lead time of minimum 4 -12 weeks (depending on the size and quantity pieces). Smaller items that might be in stock will be shipped sooner. If you have further questions regarding earlier production and shipment of your order please contact us by email.

 

 

Do you deliver to outlying areas?

Yes we do. Kindly send us an email and we can arrange the most efficient and affordable option for your parcel.
